Delivery & FAQ
This is new to us so there might be teething problems. Thank you in advance for your patience as we figure out how best to work this.
We can assure you we are taking necessary precautions to run this service in a compliant and sanitary way. There will usually be just one member of staff dealing with orders so please do bear with us.
If there are any problems with your order please email email@example.com and someone will get in touch with you ASAP.
Once again, thank you for your patience and support while we get our head around serving beer to you in the best way possible!

How does it work?
We are currently able to offer same day deliveries on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
The cut off for placing an order is 1pm on each of these days. We hope to have your order delivered by 6pm.
To place a delivery order simply choose ‘delivery’ at the online checkout.
On arrival we will ring your bell or knock at the door, leave the delivery at your door and wait a few metres away to make sure it has been picked up. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 we will need to see photographic ID.
Please make sure you will be at home during your delivery time before placing your order. We will not be able to redeliver on any day other than Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays or Saturdays.
Where do you deliver to?
We are only able to deliver to BR1,BR2,BR3,BR4,BR5,BR6,BR7,SE23 and SE6 postcodes.
I live just over the border of your delivery area, can you please deliver to me?
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll see what we can do ;)
How much does it cost?
For orders over £30 delivery is free. We are charging £3.50 for smaller deliveries to cover our costs.
Can I buy some drinks for a friend?
Yes! Just make sure you let them know to expect a delivery and put their details into the shipping address. Alternatively, you could buy them a gift card.
Why hasn’t my delivery arrived yet?
Eek! We’re sorry. Email email@example.com and someone will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
My drinks arrived broken, what should I do?
Oh dear. Sorry about that! Send photos of the damaged goods along with proof of purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get this sorted.
CLICK & COLLECT
How does it work?
To place a click & collect order simply choose ‘pub pickup’ at the online check out and pick a date and time to collect the order.
Can I come without placing an online order?
Due to the new regulations customers may no longer just turn up and are not allowed on the premises. All orders must be placed online or emailed to email@example.com. If emailing your order please specify the day and time you shall be coming for your order.
If you do just show up unfortunately we cannot serve you.
Can I drive to the door?
Yes you can. When you check out online please fill in the special instruction box and let us know:
1. What time you will arrive.
2. What car we should look out for.
3. Whether you will arrive at the front entrance (BR1 1NZ) or the back entrance (Walters Yard, BR1 1QA)
Can I bring my own container for refills?
I’m afraid not. For hygiene reasons and to minimise risk we will be using disposable containers for the time being.
