We’ve switched up the yeast to the strain Marlowe use for their hoppy beers, to push hop expression and balance body and drinkability. Loaded with a silly amount freshly-landed Motueka and Nelson Sauvin hops for saturated notes of lime zest, sauv blanc and mango.
